No. We only charge a service fee once we successfully secure a property for you. The fee equals one month’s rent excluding VAT.

This depends on your requirements and the market. We usually start around 4–5 weeks before your move-in date and act quickly when opportunities arise.
If you find a property independently, you don’t pay a fee. If you want to stop, just let us know and we’ll close your registration.
We recommend that the future tenant registers. This allows us to move quickly. Parents can stay involved throughout the process.
